Studio Ménage is a boutique Pilates & Yoga Studio centrally located in the heart of West Carmel's established neighborhood, The Village of West Clay.

PILATES

Your core is more than just your abdominal muscles. It also includes the muscles in your back and the ones supporting your hips/pelvis (for example, your glutes and hip flexors).
Every movement in Pilates requires core stabilization and empowers practitioners to transform their bodies by improving their posture and defining muscle definition.

The benefits of cardio are endless, and considering your heart is a muscle (arguably the most important one), cardio is equally as important as strength training.
Studio Ménage's HYPE Trampoline HIIT classes are exactly what you need if your cardio routine needs a boost or a little more variety. Our rebounders are designed to be low-impact on the joints, thanks to the innovative bungee cords instead of springs.
Best of all? Classes are only 30-minutes long!
